Located on the South end of Erie, just off Highway 7 (Baseline Rd.) in the almost vacant Vista Ridge Village, Si Senor seems to be the last man standing. The atmosphere once you walk in the door is great. We were greeted and seated promptly. It was basically empty, so I didn't feel so stressed out with the screaming kids throwing the chips (which came free with some deliciously spicy salsa) around.
Bright colors abound with ample seating. The kids liked the pinata.

Growing up in California, I have been spoiled on authentic, cheap Mexican fare, but Si Senor did not disappoint. The guacamole is amazing. Stay away from the steak burrito though... just a bunch of finely chopped steak (that I paid $1.25 more for) wrapped up in a soft tortilla. The green chile on top is good, but I would like it a little spicier. The menu was large, and I'm sure there are lots of other great options.
The waitstaff was very friendly and quick on the refills (very important to me). Plan on about $10 a head. I'm looking forward to returning to see what else they've got.
